Abstract :
The method for evaluating irradiation induced aberrations in space optical systems is discussed. The method proposed could be used during the design of the spaceborne information optical systems to estimate aberrations caused by ionized radiation. These aberrations are able to restrict a serviceability of optical systems during a long-term operation in space
