After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE\´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

With the internationalization of the automotive industry products, there comes an urgent need for a multi-language auto parts management system, which can be realized by means of creating a multilingual dictionary of auto parts and dictionary operations. The structure of the dictionary is involved with its representation in memory and external memory. The operation algorithms imposed on the dictionary provide the appropriate language conversion. One year\´s running results indicate that the function of multi-language management of parts catalog in "Auto Parts Business Process Management System" version 2.0 can be well positioned to meet the demand of domestic and foreign customers.
