Abstract
Construction variants of the surveillance systems for close up viewing of moving object are considered. Comparison of three variants is performed: 1) with the analysis of a signal in each pixel; 2) with integration of pixel signals within the area of a photoreception window; 3) with a photoreception window in the form of one MIS-structure element with the big photosensitive surface. Advantages of last variant are shown
