Abstract :
The strict solution for a problem of dispersion Hpo of wave-guide waves on base elements of SHF-devices, namely for thin-film magneto dielectric layer with a metal substrate and the transmission resonator with a sectional-homogeneous ferrite resonator is obtained. Analytical solutions of system of the equations are found in case of one-wave and two-wave distribution of waves to the connected area of a wave-guide branching and their efficiency for calculation of the SHF-devices with the given characteristics is shown
