            Abstract :
In this paper, the scattering parameters computed using upwind flux finite volume time domain methods of an inhomogeneous coaxial cable with high contrast of materials are furnished. A convergence study has been performed on the accuracy of the obtained scattering parameters using finite volume methods in addition to the finite integration technique.
