Abstract
Information centers provide a formal established facility that coordinates and facilitates end-user computing. The author discusses the reasons for information center evaluation, the problems associated with evaluation, and the various techniques, tools, and methods that can be used for evaluation. She then proposes a model by which one can determine which evaluation measure to use based on the reasons for evaluation and the stakeholders concerned
