Abstract :
This paper presents a novel design of compact dual band band pass filter using intercoupled resonator having embedded stubs. The center frequency of passband is 3.5 GHz and 5.5 GHz. The insertion loss at each passband is within 2 dB. Transmission zeros at either side of the passband renders high selectivity. The stop band performance of this dual band filter is satisfactory with the stop band extending up to 10 GHz. The overall dimension of the developed BPF is 19mm×16.65mm.
