            Abstract : 
In this paper, stability of nonlinear ship system under stochastic wave is discussed and a simulation algorithm is designed. Discrete path integration is proposed for the calculation of probability of capsizes. Simulation examples are provided under proposed algorithm, which is consistent with the theoretic analysis.
