Abstract :
Sanjiang low plain aquifer is mainly made up of sand, gravel lithology stone and sandy pebble, where the aquifer thickness of general areas is 100-200m, which forms the porosity of the thick aquifer system. Water balance method is used to calculate the groundwater recharge and discharge, which of two are 43.72 and 45.99 billion m3/a. So it is in negative balance; though the exploitation coefficient method and method of mathematical model. We can calculate groundwater withdrawal that is 31.6 million m3/a. The results showed that the groundwater resources in the region have slightly exploitation potential, but some cone of depressions have appeared in some places, such as JiaMusi city. Ecological environment also has begun to deteriorate, the wetland atrophy and vegetation degenerate. Therefore we must take positive countermeasures, such as reasonable development of water resources, the control agricultural water, the development of water-saving irrigation, perfecting supervision mechanism etc.
