Abstract :
Fundamental principle and function of state estimation software in regional power system are described in this paper. The weighted least square method based on fixed Jacobian matrix combined with the orthogonal transform is used for algorithm. A good stability in computing value and computing speed can be obtained by using the algorithm. The method of state forecast combined with standard residuals is used for detecting bad data to ensure estimation accuracy.
