Abstract :
Based on PVEE (Public virtual events evaluation) theory, the author make observation, design and pre-used evaluation of the space under Qinchuang Bridge in Hanzheng Street. According to analyze survey information and data, the theory of the civilians´ renovation of the space under Qinchuan Bridge comes from the conclusion by PVEE evaluation. This experience could be reference for similar open space.
