Abstract :
The method of measurement of small variations of dielectric or magnetic permeability of substances based on the spectral analysis of a signal of quasi-optical generator (QOG) is offered. The description is given and the characteristics of the converter of a parameter of refraction of substance changes to frequency changes are given. The sensitivity of measuring system is estimated
