Abstract :
The study on the soil organic metter, microbial biomass, C and N of meadow grassland under the different condition of grazing intensity, showed that the different condition of grazing intensity has an effect on the soil organic metter, microbial biomass, C and N, the soil organic metter in the area of fence and light grazing higher than that of moderate and heavy grazing(P<;0.05), the soil microbial biomass of fence area has significant differences from moderate and heavy grazing area (P<;0.05), the soil microbial biomass and N have significant differences under the different type of grazing. Following the increasing of the soil depth, the soil organic metter, microbial biomass, C and N will decrease.
