Abstract :
Effects of different technological conditions on inhomogeneity of basic magnetic characteristics of thin cobalt films obtained with chemical deposition are investigated with ferromagnetic resonance method. Capabilities of considerable increase of magnetic permeability of amorphous films at ultra-high frequency are demonstrated
