Abstract :
The results of researches of tiny detector heads constructed on the basis of the metallized dielectric plate are given. In this work the construction method of power transducers on the basis of the flat waveguides having the general wide walls with the basic waveguide is offered. The considered power transducers are tiny; they can be used for calibrated sets measuring of waveguides units and paths parameters
