Abstract :
Basic design of a power meter intended for operation with a thermoelectric measuring power converter in the 0.01divide20.0 GHz range is discussed. It is manufactured using fundamentally new componentry, offers fully automatic operation and improved metrological features. Connection to external devices is provided via RS232, USB, and IEEE 488.1 interfaces
