Abstract :
The density of weft knitted fabric is its important structural parameters. Its measurement is vital for the control of product weight and quality. This paper introduces the design of automatic servo mechanism for the density of the weft knitted fabric high-precision vision measuring system. The servo mechanism offers the vision sensor the natural state and equation of state of tension of the weft knitted fabric by the force sensor and displacement transducer. Under the two states, the servo mechanism can collect information and measure accurately.
