Abstract :
This paper mainly introduces the application of FX-ON40MR PLC in the hydraulic control system of SZ-40 injection molding machine, the working principle of the hydraulic system in addition to the hardware and software used in PLC control system. The advanced design have endowed the molding machine advantages as follow:simple operation, high reliability, strong anti-interference ability and simple programming.
