Abstract :
Subsystems of a static RAM are identified to enable their key performance parameters and relationships to be determined. A new system for the development of non-linear algorithms which gives increased accuracy is used to describe the subsystem performance characteristics. These new algorithms are implemented in a deterministic optimization technique and are illustrated through examples
