Abstract :
Clustering methods and the number of cluster heads directly affect the overall network performance and service life in wireless sensor networks. In view of its application, the routing protocol is proposed based on clustering optimization and the calculation is given of optimizing the number of clustering. As for the selection of cluster head, the number of the neighbor nodes and the remaining energy values are comprehensively considered. Every node can dynamically act as a cluster head, so that the whole network can equalize the energy consumption, thus extending the life cycle of the entire network.
