Abstract
Measurements of temperature and movements of the facet center, the mirror antenna element excited by the sun, have been carried out. Metal structure of mirror radio antennas becomes deformed under the influence of solar radiation. The sun is a source of thermal distortions. Deviation of the surface form from the designed one is undesirable, especially for short wave equipment
