Research on the Valuation Types and Contents of IT Project

According to the general theory of whole life cycle and characteristics of IT project, this article analyzes significance and specialty of IT project valuation, the relationship between IT project valuation and three periods which include initial period, construction period and operation and maintenance period of IT project. Also, this article analyzes classification and content of IT project in all stages of whole life cycle, including investment estimates, design estimates, design budget, bid bottom, quotation, price, contract price, change price, claims price, modified contract price, settlement price and final price.
