Abstract :
Gives a mathematical theory based on the concept of Hausdorff´s ball measure, by representing a fixed point theorem for the set-valued mapping which describes such nondeterministic fluctuations of systems. From the standpoint of this functional analysis theory, methods based on the fixed point theorem for set-valued mappings are discussed for the analysis of nonlinear system fluctuations. Clear descriptions are given for the tolerability and quasitolerability of the system fluctuation
