Abstract
This paper will examine the range of existing exclusive economic zone related conflicts, and those likely to emerge, between the United States, Canada, and Mexico. It will briefly highlight historic differences in approaches and preferences between the three states on the question of establishing an EEZ, and will evaluate selected bilateral marine conflicts and concerns in light of those differences.
