Abstract :
So far, the disaster information has been offered based on a text and an image conventionally. With the substantiality of the recent information infrastructure, a disaster prevention system can offer disaster information on top of Web-GIS a lot. Because information of the stricken area is not considered as the form which takes care of temporal occasion in the existing system, the time change of the disaster cannot be adequately identified. In this paper, we established a domain called the seek bar which can make change disaster information in Web-GIS seamlessly with an axis in time and offered unified operations by chronological order. Thus, using seek bar operations, the disaster information combining with Web-GIS functions can be shown to observe in the temporal and special expressions to easily understand the tendency of disaster in elapsed time.
