Abstract :
In view of China´s one-child policy, as a learner, each only child in the family has his or her personality. This article built a learner´s personality-centered model of Human-Computer Interaction System, then analyzed its key techniques and methods, and established the theory on this basis through analyzing the features of this system and making research on English Teaching by such system at Local Area Network. The system software can also be applied to Human-Computer Interaction of following situations like teaching of other curriculums, industry automatic control, unmaned control and so on if slightly changed.
