Abstract
Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

The basic principle of case base reasoning and the parameters´ composition of tenon structure are analysised, combinated with the knowledge of blade tenon, case based reasoning technique was introduced into blade tenon design, proposed blade tenon case description method based on object oriented knowledge, hamming distance measure of single feature level and combinative feature case multi-level matching retrieval method based on grey theory, finally take three tooth fir tree tenon as case to verify the method.
