Abstract :
The CMOS implementation of very high selectivity high-frequency filters using multiple output OTAs (operational transconductance amplifiers) has been proposed and experimentally verified. In this approach OTAs in closed loop configurations which do not require linearization are used. This structure can be very useful in cascade filter design where one or more of the biquadratic filters involve Q s higher than 50. Products f0Q close to the limits imposed by the technology can be realized using the proposed approach
