Abstract :
The thermoelectric properties of Bi-Sb extruded alloys have been studied. The Bi-Sb extruded alloys were successfully prepared using hot sintered alloy. The microstructure of the obtained samples was investigated using scanning electron microscopy as well as optic one. It was found that the aspect ratio of extruded samples was improved comparing with that of the conventionally sintered one. The power factor of the extruded alloy was improved comparing with that of the sintered one in the whole temperature range.
