Abstract :
The author concentrates on the practical control of thyristors for producing DC on electrophoretic paint plants. The author discusses the process of electrophoretic painting and the need for pure DC and accurate control of current and voltage. The author then discusses how this can be achieved by using thyristors. Operational control using batch and continuous control is also discussed
