Abstract :
This Online Sliding york bracket is one of the most important shift parts in automotive transmission. The traditional detection mostly depends on artificial methods, which cost large amount of labor and easily lead to the fatigue of naked eyes. In this article we have developed the object, clearance detection sensor. Considering the assembly feature of the sliding york bracket, we detected the message of assembly online through rational arrangement of sensors. Online detection device for the assembly of sliding york bracket developed in this article owns the following advantages: low cost, verification by practical application, faster detection speed, 100% detection accuracy and reliable operation.
