Abstract
The system of assembly line temperature control is a typical industrial flow production device. Due to its improvements of production quality and reduction of energy consumption, it is of significance to exactly control the temperature of assembly line. In order to provide students a more vivid understanding of industrial assembly line heating temperature control, deeply understand the temperature control strategies like PID control, self-tuning PID control and fuzzy control, acknowledge the concept of field bus, an experimental teaching control system of the assembly line heating furnace temperature is developed based on graphical programming software LabVIEW. Test results demonstrated that the system is a reliable, flexible one with good control effect. In addition, the interface of the system has a satisfied effect on human-computer interaction. This system effectively improved students´ cognitive efficiency and greatly reduced the experimental costs at the same time. Moreover, students´ autonomy and the innovation are greatly prompted. It is developed not only for teaching reform, but also enriching undergraduates´ extracurricular scientific activities to develop their practical ability.
