Abstract :
A novel switched-current modified bilinear integrator is proposed. Modified bilinear transformation can improve the frequency warping effect and lead itself to the applications of the high frequency filters. The realization of this integrator requires only current mirrors and analog switches. Based on the proposed integrators, a second-order bandpass filter and a third-order ladder lowpass filter are designed and simulated. The simulation agrees well with the theoretical analysis. The results will be useful for the realizations of fully integrated switched-current filters
