Abstract :
Effective differential cascades structure with the minimum transfer coefficient of common-mode signal and the maximum differential gain coefficient is offered enough on the basis of results of the generalized structure analysis of electronic schemes with semi-conductor components. It is shown that application of additional feedback compensating common-mode signal allows receiving circuits of input stages with rather high quality values. Results of modeling and comparative research of schematic circuits for technological process SGB25VD are shown.
