Abstract :
A low-voltage low-power analog low-distortion low-noise preamplifier is presented. It has been designed for a single supply voltage of ±1.2V, whereas its average power consumption for the complete preamplifier is 4 μ watts. The design is suitable for most applications in portable telephone equipment, portable receivers, hearing aid, etc. The circuit simulation results of the most important properties are presented.
