Abstract :
This paper is relevant to innovative remote design tools and methodology, which allow to design remotely different technical systems (first of all, for Microelectronics) using WEB-based CAD framework . Such tools support the co-operation of several groups of designers working ion the common tasks at project different stages in Grid environment. Maim feathers of NetALLTED are presented in comparison with other simulators The new approach to automatic MEMS macro-models generating is described also.
