Abstract :
Summary form only given. In summary, we have developed the InGaAsP-InGaAs MQW electroabsorption modulator (EAM) module for analog fiberoptic links. Using this EAM module and matching the 500 ohm terminated EAM and the photodiode (PD) to 50 ohms.
