Abstract
An analysis of hybrid-mode propagation in printed-probe- and slot-loaded ridged waveguides is presented. The dispersive behavior of the fundamental mode of both the printed-probe- and the slot-loaded ridged waveguide is examined. It is shown that the quasi TEM mode is very sensitive to air gaps between the dielectric sheets and the double ridge.<>
