After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

With the popularization of computer technology in the period of rapid development of higher education, including artificial intelligence technology becomes more widely used. Based on the analysis of the status of education and information network technology application situation, by the theory of artificial intelligence and the study of hot issues, analysis of information technology in education and the necessity of teaching in higher education Teaching Strategies.
