Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

The professional sports leagues in America are fallen into the functional strategic alliance. But these in America are limited companies. Both leagues are owned their teams/clubs altogether, which managed leagues in dynamic way. Limited companies are basic form of enterprise for both team/clubs. A corporate governance structure is widely used in leagues as well as in teams/clubs. Both leagues´ ownership is separated from control right.
