Abstract :
In order to realize the informationization and the automation of scheduling management in the cement enterprises, the main functions and the information flow of execution layer in the cement enterprises are analyzed. Based on the system structure of integrated automation oriented to overall optimization, the functions and the makeup of some MES(Manufacture Execution System) subsystems of cement enterprises are described in detail, which include the plan decomposition and production scheduling subsystem, production continuity guaranteeing subsystem, production quality guaranteeing subsystem, material storage-supply management subsystem, and so on. The above subsystems are applied in some cement enterprises successfully, and proved to be effective and the practical.
