After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

Taking the undergraduates of Chinese sports colleges and universities as research object, this paper analyzes the defects of traditional exam system of theory teaching of Chinese sports colleges and universities and explores the development mode & operational approach of intelligent exam system from the practical application of Chinese sports education. The research methods adopted include literature consultation, expert interview and mathematical statistics. This paper presents the main functions and design points of this system in details and makes empirical analysis to the application of intelligent exam system in sports teaching. The purpose of this research is to provide models and references for the establishment of intelligent exam system of sports colleges and universities.
