Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

To achieve distinguished engineer requirements of training, with engineering ability and innovation ability training as the main line, we constructed a characteristic of measure and control technology and instrument curriculum system. The concrete measures are as followings: enhance freshmen´s professional education; strengthen project practice, develop students´ ability in project and innovation in practice, and received a remarkable effect.
