Abstract :
This paper ,mainly give a introduce to control strategy in ingredient control system, because of weighing process of raw materials is a nonlinear, time-varying and uncertain production process that is unable to get accurate mathematical model, therefore, the fuzzy control algorithm is used in weighing system .With "intelligent learning control model" applied to the system, it realized the online self-studying learn and self-adjusting in weighing control, automatically adjust feeder\´s speed and advanced argument of stopping-feeding. In a word, with the new control ideas, the glass ingredients designed by us has been greatly improved in speed control and weighing precision.
