Abstract
The dynamic warfare command decision making with uncertainty, which considers the cross section with the fixed time, is investigated in this paper, The theoretical model is constructed, and corresponding solving method with the weight of time is proposed by means of the principle of identical discrepancy contrary (IDC) of set pair analysis (SPA). The method is used to analyze the transformation of battlefield situation and get the optimum warfare command strategy. Finally, a practical calculation and analysis shows the model is feasible and effective to the problem.
