  • Abstract
    As a new branch of science, game theory is widely used in many fields, but seldom applied in cadre management. This paper briefly presents game theory model in cadre management, meanwhile emphasizing on the analysis of the penny matching model, makes use of methods of programming and MATLAB for obtaining the Nash equilibrium of mixed strategies, and makes a brief study on the application of game theory in cadre management.
