Abstract :
By analysis of the structure and operating principle, a fault diagnosis expert system structure design for electronic control automatic transmission (ECAT) was carried out. The fault set, fault reasons set of ECAT and the mapping relationship between them were established, rule based of the expert system was established, and the reasoning process of a typical fault was analyzed by using forward reasoning. Through using real vehicle to carry on simulating fault verifying, experimental results show that accuracy rate of diagnosis result is over 95%.
