For understanding the factors of athletes selected targets and environmental with re-employment. The researching concluded literature review, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, etc. It´s found that the target of ideal career in retired heavy competitive athletes, as business ranked first and the second is to engage in coaching or teaching; the first important environment of personal preferences about the job and then environment of revenue. Due to heavy and strong competitive project- specific and low level of social popularity, so it´s the same in re-employment goals and environmental impact. Parental occupation¿AFamily income and social relations effect on the re-employment goals and environmental impact. In the low level of economic development of countries of employment reality, the status adapted to the current market economic system at present. Proposed placement of retired athletes with employment, to gradually adapt to the needs of the socialist market economic system and reform trends. All levels of education, personnel, labor and social security, and sports department should actively create condition to widen employment channels retired athletes.
