Abstract :
It is becoming more and more apparent that the globalization of e-business has been developing so fast as IT technology renews at such a high speed. Large-scale electronic businesses such as Google and eBay had already entered the international market, most of which, however, have been proved to be fail to some extent by ignoring cultural barriers. On the basis of Documental Analysis, this paper analyzes 60 documents utilizing MAXQDA, and comes out with conclusions on cultural barriers electronic businesses would meet in their international expansion, under the guidance of Grounded Theory. Furthermore, these conclusions also offer suggestions to those ambitious e-businesses.
