Abstract
A multi-objective decision model was put forward based on fuzzy logic combined with multi-objective decision and Analysis Hierarchy Process in this paper, which compared with tradition multi-objective decision-making models lies in that a priority ranking regular based on expert knowledge and system variable is gained after a parameter imported changing into language variable. In order to apply the proposed mode, an example was designed to compare two highway segments, conducting sensitivity analyses though weighting the sub-criteria and criteria.
